2. Hosting and server logs
This website is hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany. When the website is accessed, the web server and reverse proxy process technical connection data such as the IP address, time, requested resource, response status, transferred data volume, referrer and user agent.
This processing is necessary to deliver the website, diagnose errors and prevent attacks. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is the secure and reliable operation of the website. Log data is deleted or overwritten through rotation as soon as it is no longer required for these purposes.
3. Cookies and local storage
No analytics, marketing or advertising cookies are used in the publicly accessible area. TYPO3 may use technically necessary session data if a corresponding function is explicitly used. The protected TYPO3 backend sets a necessary login cookie for editors. The legal bases are Section 25(2)(2) TDDDG and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
4. Contact by email
If you contact us by email, the contact details and messages you provide are processed to answer your enquiry. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual or contractual matters and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR in other cases. Correspondence is deleted when it is no longer needed and no statutory retention obligations apply.
5. External links
The website links to independent external services but does not automatically embed their content. The respective provider processes technical connection data under its own privacy policy only when you open such a link.
6. Recipients
Recipients of personal data are limited to hosting and technical service providers where necessary for secure operation. Data is disclosed to authorities only where legally required.
7. Your rights
Subject to the statutory requirements, you have rights of access (Article 15 GDPR), rectification (Article 16), erasure (Article 17), restriction (Article 18), data portability (Article 20) and objection (Article 21). Contact: PW@AoA-AI.de.

9. Automated decisions

We use TLS encryption, restrictive security headers and protected administration access. This policy is updated whenever processing activities, providers or legal requirements change.
